Tobacco Use Prevention at Holzer Health Systems
Holzer
Medical Center’s Tobacco Prevention Centers provide localized
resources where residents, medical and dental providers, teachers, and
students can obtain information on tobacco use, tobacco prevention, and
smoking cessation programs.
We are recognized as a leader in tobacco prevention and cessation in Gallia, Jackson, and Meigs Counties, and our services are
utilized by community members and agencies throughout the region.
We care, individually, about each of the people we serve, and we do
all we can to help our clients end their use of tobacco. These
services are FREE-of-charge to the client, thanks to the funding we
receive from the Ohio Tobacco Prevention Foundation (OTPF) and Holzer
Medical Center.
Our main office is located at 2881 State Route 160 in Gallipolis, Ohio,
with satellite offices at 190 Water Street in Jackson, Ohio and 115 West
Second Street in Pomeroy, Ohio. Each
of these locations serve as a Resource Center to the local
communities.
