From downtown, take I-71 South. Bear right on the ramp to I-270 East and go approximately 2 1/2 miles. Take the first exit (Route 23 South) and go 40 miles to Chillicothe. At Chillicothe, continue onto Route 35 East following signs toward Jackson for approximately 24 miles. Take the Route 32 exit toward Jackson/Cincinnati. Go approximately 2 miles to the Burlington Road exit (traffic light). Turn right onto Burlington Road and left into the HMC-J parking lot. (Approximate driving time: 1 hour 30 minutes)

From Cincinnati to Holzer Medical Center - Jackson

Take I-275 to Route 32 East and go approximately 100 miles to the Burlington Road exit (traffic light). Turn left onto Burlington Road and left again into the HMC-J parking lot. (Approximate driving time: 2 hour 30 minutes)

From Huntington to Holzer Medical Center - Jackson

Follow the above directions until the point of exiting onto Route 160. Instead of exiting, continue west on Route 35 for approximately 28 miles to the Route 32 exit. Turn left on Route 32 for approximately 2 miles to the Burlington Road exit (traffic light). Turn right onto Burlington Road and left again into the HMC-J parking lot. (Approximate driving time: 1 hour 30 minutes)

From Charleston to Holzer Medical Center - Jackson

Follow the above directions until the point of exiting onto Route 160. Instead of exiting, continue west on Route 35 for approximately 28 miles to the Route 32 exit. Turn left on Route 32 for approximately 2 miles to the Burlington Road exit (traffic light). Turn right onto Burlington Road and left into the HMC-J parking lot. (Approximate driving time: 1 hour 30 minutes)

From HMC - Gallipolis to Holzer Medical Center - Jackson

Turn left from the Main Entrance onto Route 160 and take the next exit on the right (Route 35 West to Jackson). Continue on Route 35 for approximately 28 miles to the Route 32 Exit. Turn left on Route 32 for approximately 2 miles to the Burlington Road exit (traffic light). Turn right onto Burlington Road (traffic light) and left into the HMC-J parking lot.
