Employment Application Process
For Holzer Medical Center - Jackson
Welcome to Holzer Medical Center Jackson (HMCJ) and thank you for
your interest in our facility. HMCJ implemented a new application
process in February 2007, which requires you to follow a few
preliminary steps before receiving an employment application. Prior
to applying for a posted position, we first would like to invite you
to view our Application Video.
Please visit us at our Main Lobby Desk Monday through Friday 8:00
a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to register for this viewing or call 740/395-8300.
After you view the video, we will ask you to sign a statement of
intent and submit two (2) letters of recommendation, which must be
on business letterhead. Once the video has been viewed and the
appropriate paperwork received by Human Resources, you will receive
an employment application. After you complete the application in
full, you may return it to HMCJ or you may mail it to us at the
following address:

Human Resources will process and review your employment application
upon receipt and contact you if you are selected to continue with
HMCJ’s interview process. If you are not selected, we will maintain
your employment application in our files for six months. After six
months, if you have not been selected and become interested in a new
position, we will ask you to complete the entire application process
again.
