The Urgent Care Center at Holzer handles unscheduled treatment of illnesses and minor injuries. It is staffed by Family Practice and Pediatric physicians.
Conditions that bring patients to Urgent Care include, but are not limited to:
Triage is a process that ensures patients with the most critical medical problems are evaluated as quickly as possible. The nursing staff will provide an initial assessment to obtain vital signs and medical history prior to being examined by the urgent care provider.
All patients are seen in the order in which they are registered; however, patients with conditions that are perceived as emergent will be triaged on a priority basis.
