Holzer Holds Ribbon Cutting in Oak Hill

Holzer recently opened its newest Primary Care location in Oak Hill, Ohio, located at 512 North Front Street. This site offers a top-notch team, including Susan Moore, NP, Primary Care Provider.

Moore is no stranger to the Oak Hill community and has extensive experience when it comes to serving the Tri-State area. After starting her career as a Registered Nurse at the Oak Hill Community Medical Center, she worked at Holzer Medical Center-Jackson for several years. She then became an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and was a Nurse Practitioner at Jenkins Memorial Health Clinic in Wellston for 9 years. Moore treats a variety of conditions including hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, COPD, and provides general wellness exams.

The rest of the excellent staff includes Lora Woods, Shyann Leonard, and Alyssa Ondera. Woods is a knowledgeable receptionist/secretary who has many years of registration experience and was previously a Lead Receptionist at Holzer Jackson. Leonard is an experienced LPN with an impressive history of working in long-term care and outpatient medical nursing. Ondera is an accomplished Laboratory Assistant who formerly managed the Phlebotomy service line for Holzer.

Holzer at Oak Hill also offers a variety of services including laboratory and point of care testing, EKG, and Holter monitors. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 7am to 5pm.
