Patient Thrilled with Holzer Albany Clinic

Mike Waggoner is very pleased with the service that Sydney Stoops, NP, Holzer Family Medicine, and the Holzer Albany team provide. He was initially having issues with cholesterol medicine and needed an adjustment in order to start feeling normal again. Stoops assessed the situation and changed the medicine, and as a result, Mike is feeling much better.

Mike says, “I originally had swelling in my feet. Now, I feel completely normal. Sydney is an awesome provider; she pays attention to her patients, does a great job of explaining complex medical aspects, and has a great sense of humor. I have complete trust in her and will continue to see her because of her knowledge, expertise, and kindness.”

Mike also raves about the Holzer Albany staff, saying, “This team is very friendly and supportive. They take care of business, treat you like a human being, and always run like a well-oiled machine. Even the process of getting blood drawn is smooth and quick. Most importantly, if something comes up at random and you need to see them right away, they will get you into their office quickly. They are very helpful and accommodating, two qualities that aren’t always evident in the world today.”

Mike will continue to receive care at the Holzer Albany Clinic. “I trust them, and I keep coming back, so that’s proof they are doing right by me. If they think you need something outside of their facility, they will connect you with the right resources. I am thankful for this team!”

Mike resides in Albany with his wife, Joan. They have two sons, Travis and Kenny. In his spare time, Mike likes to farm, travel, and spend time with his family.
