Holzer Wound Care Centers Recognized for Clinical Excellence in Patient Satisfaction and Wound Healing Rates

We are proud to announce that both Holzer Wound Care Centers, Gallipolis & Jackson, have been awarded the prestigious Center of Distinction award by Healogics®, the nation’s largest provider of advanced wound care services. These centers achieved outstanding clinical outcomes for twelve consecutive months, including a patient satisfaction rate higher than 92 percent. This recognition is a testament to the exceptional care and dedication demonstrated by the Center’s physicians, leaders, and clinicians.

In addition, both centers, Gallipolis & Jackson, have been awarded the prestigious Robert A. Warriner III, M.D., Clinical Excellence Award by Healogics, the nation's largest provider of advanced wound care services. These centers scored in the top 10 percent of eligible Healogics® Wound Care Centers® on the Clinical Excellence measure, which is the Comprehensive Healing Rate weighted by wound mix. This award is named for Dr. Robert A. Warriner III, a pioneer in wound care and the former Chief Medical Officer for Healogics.

Advanced wound care modalities provided by our wound care experts include negative pressure wound therapy, total contact casting, bio-engineered tissues, biosynthetic dressings, and growth factor therapies. Holzer Wound Care Gallipolis & Jackson also offer hyperbaric oxygen therapy, an advanced treatment that can help accelerate healing in select chronic wounds by increasing oxygen delivery to affected tissue.

Holzer Wound Care Jackson has been serving patients since 2012. Holzer Wound Care Gallipolis joined the community in 2019.
