Dr. McConnell-Mack and I have a very good physician patient relationship. I usually message her two weeks prior to my yearly appointment letting her know that I'll be seeing her soon and ask her to go ahead and order lab work and any other lab work that she wants done. That way when I see her, we have a complete history, so that the appointment goes much smoother and I'm in and out with no issues.
