Brianne Willis, NP listens and discusses with us fully any concerns we have. She doesn't act like she must hurry through our visit to get to the next patient. We feel Brianne is on top of our conditions and always brings up if one of us has visited Urgent Care or someone else and asks us about that visit before we do!
