Adult Fitness Class is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12noon to 1pm.
Exercise is vital for people of all ages for maintaining health, preventing injuries, and lowering risks of heart disease. Starting an exercise routine will help give you a jump start toward better health. This exercise class is designed to be safe and challenging for all participants. Exercises will include warm up, main workout, and cool down exercises. Workouts will include chair as well as standing exercises. This fitness class will help build muscle, improve heart rate, improve blood circulation, increase flexibility, and increase range of motion of the joints.
Types of Exercises:
- Cardio and Low-Impact
All of the exercises can be modified for different fitness levels by adding weights, repetitions, duration and positions to meet thelevels of each individual.
