Holzer Self Check-In is accessible through email and text message appointment reminders and the patient portal.
- You can begin the self check-in pre-registration process between 2-10 days prior to your appointment using links in your automated emails or via the Appointments section of you athenaHealth patient portal account.
- If you haven't completed the self check-in 24 hours prior to your appointment and have provided consent to text messages, you will receive a text message prompting you to complete the self check-in process.
- You may use the athenaPatient™ mobile app and the QR code in the office to self check-in.
